Throughout the year, Birstall hosts a variety of special guest chefs, each bringing unique flavours and techniques from around the world. A firm favourite is Andy from Holy Pizza, who shares the science of dough, fermentation, and the perfect crust — all made in fiery Gozney pizza ovens.
