Our menu is bursting with low 'n' slow barbecue- Always smoked in house by our pitmasters. From the 16-hour Smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis-Style Ribs & Eight Hour Smoked Beef Rib no trip to Hickory's is complete without enjoying something from the smokehouse.
As they say in the states, bigger is better & our menu has it all, with Stacked burgers, Steaks, Gumbos, Fajita’s and so much more, there truly is something for everyone.
Authenticity is absolutely key for us and that starts with our smokers. Our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers come from Missouri & our Southern Pride smokers come from Tennessee and they settle right into the heart of our restaurants.
We take our inspiration from the places we’ve been to, with lots of quirky touches and Southern inspired design ideas, to create a place for everyone to enjoy. The whole family has been thought of at Hickory’s with a range of seating from cosy booths to larger tables for groups and extended families to enjoy. Plus, our Chef’s Bar where you’ll get to watch the chefs in action, it’s quite possibly the best seat in the house with a view of our slow smoked Texas style brisket. Our chefs might even lift the lid on a few pitmaster secrets. You’re also welcome to join us just for drinks at the bar.
